It’s a genuine pleasure to meet you again.
It’s been a while. Thanks for being here. I’m glad to see you.
Since I last wrote, I moved to the Mojave Desert (love it), became a caregiver for my mom (not as fun), began teaching guitar (yes!), worked with brand development with three clients and built websites for five of my beloved clients (YES!). And I changed the name of my business to Plum Nelly Creative because creativity is at the core of everything I do.
Creativity is how I breathe and move through the world.
It is what I bring to my brand projects – finding the heart of who my clients are, what they do and creating a powerful symbol, nay, spell that enters the room before they do, blowing the trumpet and shouting their hallelujahs. Creating websites which support their powerful work. And helping them develop a marketing plan that fits them.
And, yeah, I’ve run into creative blocks. I’ve become disenchanted with my creations. I’ve felt like a fraud; an imposter. I’ve waded through the weight of life changes and felt the emptiness of my creative well. All these things are part of the creative process too. And it’s okay.
Till next time, go forth and be the force of creativity that is you.
